Ingredients: * 200g vegetarian ham finely cut into thin strips approx 4 to * 50g roasted peanuts, finely chopped * Small lettuce finely cut into strip * 1 small carrot, shredded * 1 small telegraph cucumber shredded * Herbs: coriander, basils, mints etc (optional) * Half a package of rice noodles cooks as per package instruction * 1 package of Vietnamese or Thai rice paper Sauce: * 4 Tablespoon sugar * 1 teaspoon salt * 300 ml hot water * 1 Tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice * 2 Tablespoon light soy sauce * 3 Tablespoon Thai's sweet chili sauce Method: Rolls 1. Dip rice paper in hot water evenly and set aside until soft (approx 20 - 30 seconds). 2. Add desired amount of the vegetarian ham, cooked rice noodle, cucumber, carrot, lettuce & herbs. 3. Wrap as tightly as possible Sauce First dissolved sugar, salt and hot water, then add the rest of the sauce ingredients together |
材料: * 200克素火腿切條4 ~ 5公分 * 50克烤花生,壓碎 * 1個小萵苣,葉片切絲 * 1個小胡蘿蔔切絲 * 1個小黃瓜切絲 * 香料草葉:香菜、西洋九層塔或薄荷葉(依 個人喜好) * 半包米粉,依照包裝指示煮好 * 1包悠樂式或泰式米紙 沾醬: * 4大匙糖 * 1小匙鹽 * 300cc熱水 * 1大匙白醋或檸檬汁 * 2大匙淡醬油 * 3大匙泰式甜辣醬 作法: 春捲 1. 將米紙平鋪浸泡在熱水裡約20 ~ 30秒,直 到泡軟 2. 放入素火腿絲、煮好的粉絲、小黃瓜絲、 胡蘿蔔絲、萵苣絲和香料草葉 3. 儘量包緊 沾醬 先將糖和鹽放入熱水溶化,再加入其他沾醬料 |
