Vegetarian BBQ Sticks

Ingredients: 
- Deep-Fried tofu-cut into small cubes 
- Capsicum slice into small pieces
- Courgette slice into small chunks
- Carrot slice into small chunks
- Apple cut into small chunks
- Vegetarian BBQ sauce

(available in oriental food shop or vegetarian food shop)

Preparation:  
1. microwave carrots until soft.
2. skewer the ingredients with bamboo skewers.
3. brush the sauce onto all ingredients 
4. bake at 200 deg C for 10-15 mins, or grill at BBQ until the sauce is dry.

材料

油豆腐切小塊
青椒切小塊
黃瓜切小段
紅蘿蔔切小塊
蘋果切小方塊
素烤醬或素沙茶醬

作法

1. 用微波爐將紅蘿蔔煮軟
2. 用竹籤將材料一一串起
3. 將烤醬塗勻於烤串上
4. 用烤箱200度C烤10~15分鐘,或烤至 醬乾。
