Ingredients:
* 4 cups of standard flour
* 4/5 table spoon yeast
* 1 table spoon white sugar
* 1 table spoon oil
Method:

1. Dissolve yeast in warm water, set until a layer of bubbles forms on water.
2. Put 4 cups flour in bowl, add yeast with water, and mix. Cover with a white cloth to rise. Once it has doubled in size,

mix in sugar and oil. Knead until smooth.
3. Cut dough in 1/3 section, flatten and spread on chopped onion with oill and salt. Roll up dough and use a rolling pin to roll flat. Cut into strips and deep frying until golden brown.

TIPS: To rise the dough, pre-heat oven (<50dg.)

and turn off the heat before set in the dough.

  材料
* 4杯中筋麵粉

* 4/5 大匙酵母

* 1 大匙白糖

* 1 大匙油

1.乾酵母、糖放入溫水中溶化、靜置5分鐘左右

使酵母恢復活力、當水面上覆蓋著一層泡沫的時

候,即表示發酵了

2. 麵盆中倒入4杯麵粉及酵母水,揉成麵團,蓋

上白布待其發酵,等其體積變為原來的2倍大

時,加入糖和油,揉勻至光滑。

3. 將麵團切分成3塊,每塊擀開成圓皮,加入蔥

花、油和鹽。將抹好的麵皮捲起,再擀開成圓

餅。切條後油炸至金黃。
