Ingredients: * 4 cups of standard flour * 4/5 table spoon yeast * 1 table spoon white sugar * 1 table spoon oil Method:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water, set until a layer of
bubbles forms on water.
mix in sugar and oil. Knead until smooth.
TIPS: To rise the dough, pre-heat oven (<50dg.) and turn off the heat before set in the dough. |
