作法 3. 再加入素鹽酥雞丁和素蠔油、醬油、黑胡椒, 熱炒至雞丁呈浅棕色。 4. 加入青椒丁、胡蘿蔔丁、嫩豌豆和熟花生,再熱炒3 ~ 5分鐘, 直到豌豆熟透。 5. 趁熱一起跟米飯享用。 |
