Stir-Fried Soya Chicken Pieces

Ingredients: 
500g of flavored Vegetarian chicken  (cut into small pieces)
2 big green capsicum (diced into 1.5cm pieces)
2 Carrot (diced into small pieces)
1 cup of frozen baby peas

1/2 cup of fried peanuts(fry the fresh peanuts in hot oil until crispy)

2 table spoons of Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster sauce

2 table spoon of soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

2 table spoon of crushed fresh ginger

3 table spoon of cooking oil

2 freshly chopped red chili (Optional)

Preparation:  
1. Heat up oil in a fry pan.
2. Add ginger (& chili) and stir fry for a few minutes
.
3. Add chicken pieces and sauces. Stir fry for a few minutes

     until chicken pieces turn lightly brown.

4. Add vegetable into the mixture and fry for 3 to 5 minutes

    until peas are cooked

5. Serve warm with rice

材料

500克素鹽酥雞切丁

2個大青椒切丁

2個胡蘿蔔切丁

1杯冷凍嫩豌豆

1/2杯炒熟的花生(用油將生花生炒脆)

2大匙素蠔油

2大匙醬油

1/2小匙黑胡椒

2大匙碎生薑

3大匙植物油

2個切碎紅椒(個人喜好)

作法

1. 先炒鍋熱油
2. 加入碎生薑和碎紅椒(個人喜好)爆香
3. 再加入素鹽酥雞丁和素蠔油、醬油、黑胡椒,
    熱炒至雞丁呈浅棕色

4. 加入青椒丁、胡蘿蔔丁、嫩豌豆和熟花生,再熱炒3 ~ 5分鐘,
    直到豌豆熟透
5. 趁熱一起跟米飯享用
