Pastry:
* 1 pkt Flaky puff pastry
Filling Ingredients:

* 500 g Potatoes, cubed
* 3 Tbsp Curry powder
* 1 tsp Chili powder
* 100 g Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP)
* 6 Tbsp Oil of Cooking
* Salt to taste
Method:

1. Peel off the potatoes skin and dice it into small pieces.

2. Soak the TVP in water and then squeeze the soaked TVP
    to remove excess water.
3. Heat the wok with oil and add all ingredients into the
    wok. 
Cover the wok so that the potato is faster to be
    cooked.

Leave the curry puff filling to cool before start wrapping it
    with pastry

Divide flaky puff pastry sheet into four. Add filling and
    seal the side
6. Bakes the curry puff in oven, which have preheat to
    180 C. 
Bake until the curry puff is golden brown

* Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) is available in the vegetarian food shops.

酥皮:
* 1包薄酥皮
餡:
* 500克馬鈴薯丁
* 3大匙咖哩粉
* 1小匙辣椒粉
* 100克素碎肉(TVP)
* 6大匙植物油
*
作法:

1. 馬鈴薯削皮切丁

2. 素碎肉(TVP)用水泡軟,擠乾水分
3. 所有餡料熱油炒過後,蓋上鍋蓋,
    至
馬鈴薯丁熟透
4. 餡料涼了,再包入
酥皮內
5. 將酥皮分成4等份,包好
餡料封好
6. 放入180 C烤箱內,烘烤至呈金黃色
