作法 將水分瀝出。 3. 加入香菇和素火腿。 4. 再加入1大匙薑泥、1大匙調味粉 (依個人喜好)、3大匙芝麻油和適量的 鹽,成鍋貼餡。 5. 取出水餃皮,一張水餃皮放1大匙鍋貼 餡,水餃皮對折,邊緣壓緊。 6. 在平底鍋內,放1大匙植物油;油熱即 放入鍋貼,煎1分鐘後,即加水至鍋貼 一半高,蓋上鍋蓋,煮至水乾即可。 7. 用水煮亦可,即成水餃。 |
