Fried Dumplings

Ingredients: (for about 50 dumplings) 
1 Cabbage                           
Chinese mushrooms, soaked in hot water 10-12 mushrooms
150 gm. Vegetarian ham                 
1 tbsp Salt                                    
1 tbsp in powder form Flavor enhancer (If preferred)
3 tbsp Sesame oil                       
1 tbsp Ground ginger                 
1 pack Dumpling pastr

Preparation:  
1. Chop the cabbage, mushrooms, vegetarian ham into small   pieces.
2. Mix the cabbage with a tbsp of salt to draw the water out.
Leave

     it to stand for 15 minutes, then squeeze the water out of the mixture.
3. Add the mushrooms, and the vegetarian ham to the mixture.
4. Add the spices: ground ginger, flavor enhancer, sesame oil,

    salt to taste.
5. Separate a dumpling pastry from the pack, put about 1 tbsp of the

    vege mixture on it and fold it up, pressing the rim together.
6. To fry them, moist the bottom of the pan with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil,

     once the pan is hot, put the dumplings in the pan. Leave them

       for 1 minute. Then add some water to fill up to half the height of the

     dumplings and close the lid. Once the water has all evaporated, the

     dumplings are done.
7. They can also be boiled in hot water. Once they start floating,

    they are done.

材料(大約50個鍋貼)

1個包心菜

10 ~ 12個香菇泡熱水

150克素火腿

1大匙鹽

1大匙調味粉(個人喜好)

3大匙芝麻油

1大匙薑泥

1包水餃皮

作法

1. 分別將包心菜、香菇、素火腿剁碎
2. 包心菜加1大匙鹽靜置15分鐘後,
    將水分瀝出

3. 加入香菇和素火腿
4.
再加入1大匙薑泥、1大匙調味粉
    (個人喜好)3大匙芝麻油和適量的
    鹽,成鍋貼餡。
5.
取出水餃皮,一張水餃皮放1大匙鍋貼
    餡,水餃皮對折,邊緣壓緊。
6.
在平底鍋內,放1大匙植物油;油熱即
    放入鍋貼,煎1分鐘後,即加水至鍋貼
    一半高,蓋上鍋蓋,煮至水乾即可。
7. 用水煮亦可,即成水餃。
