Eggplant Casserole

Ingredients: 
3 Eggplants
5 Okras
2 Tomatoes
1 piece Hard Tofu
Ginger
4 Tbsp Oil
30g Curry powder
Salt
Soy sauce

 

Preparation:  
Chop the tofu, eggplant and tomatoes into small cubes,
shred ginger
Heat oil in the pan, add in ginger,
then add eggplant and tomatoes, fry for 2 min
Add in tofu, okra and curry powder and fry for another 1 min.
Add in salt and soy sauce and fry for 1 min.

Serve while it's hot!

3條茄子

5條秋葵

2個蕃茄

1塊硬豆腐

4大匙油

30克咖哩粉

醬油

 

 

作法

將硬豆腐、茄子和蕃茄切成小塊後,再將薑切成絲。
鍋裡熱油,加入薑爆香後加入茄子和蕃茄炒2分鐘。
加入豆腐、秋葵和咖哩粉再炒1分鐘。
最後加入鹽和醬油炒1分鐘。

趁熱食用!
