Vegetarian Thai-Styled Fried Rice 
素泰式炒飯

Ingredients:
* 4 bowls of rice
* 1/2 Pineapple
* Half bundle Spring onion
* 100g Soy prawn
Seasonings:
* 1 Tbsp Tom yum paste
*
1 1/2 tsp Salt
* 1 tsp Seasoning 
* 2 Tbsp Soy sauce 
*
30 - 50g Oil
Preparations:
1. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and dice the spring onion
2.
Heat oil in pan and fry soy prawn until golden brown,
    approximately 1 minute
3. Add in the rice and fry for 5 minutes
4. Add in the pineapple and spring onion, mix well with the
    rice

Stir in the seasonings and fry for another 3-5 minutes.

Serve while it's hot!
* “Soy prawn” is available in vegetarian food shops.

* 4碗飯 
* 半個鳳梨 
* 半把青蔥 
* 100克素蝦 
調味料
* 1大匙東陽醬
* 1小匙鹽
* 1小匙天然味素
*
2大匙醬油
* 30 ~ 50克植物油

作法
1.鳳梨切丁,青蔥切碎
2.
熱油煎素蝦至金黃色,約煎1分鐘
3.加入飯約炒5分鐘
4.加入鳳梨丁和青蔥
5.
放入所有調味料,再炒3 ~ 5分鐘
6.
趁熱享用
