Ingredients: * 4 bowls of rice * 1/2 Pineapple * Half bundle Spring onion * 100g Soy prawn Seasonings: * 1 Tbsp Tom yum paste * 1 1/2 tsp Salt * 1 tsp Seasoning * 2 Tbsp Soy sauce * 30 - 50g Oil Preparations: 1. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and dice the spring onion 2. Heat oil in pan and fry soy prawn until golden brown, approximately 1 minute 3. Add in the rice and fry for 5 minutes 4. Add in the pineapple and spring onion, mix well with the rice. 5. Stir in the seasonings and fry for another 3-5 minutes. 6. Serve while it's hot! * “Soy prawn” is available in vegetarian food shops. |
