Mango Soya Chicken  
芒果素烤雞

Ingredients: 
250g Soy chicken
1 Mango, diced. 
1 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Water
A dash of pepper

Preparation: 
1. Saut'e the soy chicken in hot oil until golden brown
2. Arrange the above ingredients and seasonings onto a piece of aluminum sheet foil
3. Seal well and bake the wrapping at 220 (deg C) for 15minutes before serving
4. Serve while it is hot!

250克素雞丁

1顆芒果,切丁

1大匙蜂蜜

1小匙醬油

1大匙水

胡椒少許

作法

1. 熱油將素雞丁炒至金黃。
2. 用錫箔紙將所有材料及雞丁包封好。
3.  將包好的材料放入烤箱以220度C烤15分鐘。
4. 趁熱食用!
