Vegetarian Burrito  
墨西哥素捲

Ingredients:

10 burrito tortillas (available in any super markets)

2 sliced tomatoes

5 sliced avocadoes.

1/2 lettuce, washed.

1 cup grated soy cheese

(no animal rennin: available in any super markets)

1 bean can- Mexican flavor (available in any super markets)

600g soy chicken fillets (optional: available in oriental vegetarian shops)

1 medium onion, thinly sliced (optional)

1 bottle vegetarian burrito sauce (available in any super markets)

Preparation:  
1.  Heat vegetable oil, brown onion (optional) and soy

     chicken over high heat.

     Pour in vegetarian burrito sauce, simmer 3 minutes.
2. Microwave all burrito tortillas

    (as the instruction written on the pack).
3. Place lettuce leaves onto warmed tortillas.

    Top with soy chicken mixture, tomatoes, avocadoes,

     beans, soy cheese and fold; then enjoy.

10墨西哥玉米餅(超市皆可買到)

2個切片的蕃茄

5個切片的酪梨

半個洗好的萵苣

1杯 豆製起司細絲(沒有動物凝乳酶,
超市皆可買到)

墨西哥豆罐頭(超市皆可買到)

600克素雞片(可依個人喜好添加,
素料店
皆可買到)

一個中型洋蔥切細片(可依個人喜好添加)

一罐素食墨西哥捲醬(超市皆可買到)

作法

1. 熱油炒洋蔥細片(可依個人喜好添加)和素雞片,
    加入
素食墨西哥捲醬,煮沸3分鐘

2. 依照包裝袋指示,微波墨西哥玉米餅
3.
洗好的萵苣葉,平鋪在溫熱的墨西哥玉米餅上,
    再擺上煮好的素雞片、蕃茄片、
酪梨片、墨西哥豆
    和
豆製起司細絲然後捲起來,即可享用
