Vegetarian Baked Pasta

素烤通心粉

Ingredients:
* 200g Spiral Pasta
*
2 Courgetts
*
4 Tomatoes
*
6 slices Soy Ham
*
Broad Beans

*
2 Capsicum (1 red & 1 green)
* 1 can of Dolmio Cheese & Onion Pasta Bake Sauce
* Spanish Black Olives
* Basil Pesto
* Vegetable Oil
Seasonings:
* Salt Pepper & sugar - as required to taste
* Vegetarian chicken powder - as required to taste

Preparations:
1. Cut the soy ham into cubes and fry until slightly crispy, set aside.
2.
Slice the courgetts and capsicums, chop the tomatoes in cubes.
3.
Fry the tomatoes first, then add in courgetts & broad beans and fry for another 3 mins.
4. Add the soy ham with the above and fry for another 1 minute and set aside.

5.
Boil the pasta in a pot until soft, drain the water and place the pasta in an oven dish and layer the fried ingredients with creamy pasta bake sauce, olives and pesto (as required to taste)
6. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and decorate with sliced red and green capsicum.
7.Bake in 180 degrees for 15 minutes
8. Serve while it's hot!
  材料
* 200克螺旋狀通心粉 
* 2個毛利瓜或小黃瓜 
* 4個蕃茄 
* 6片素火腿 
* 一些扁豆 
*
一個青椒、一個紅椒
* 一罐Dolmio通心粉烤醬(起司及洋蔥口味)
* 西班牙黑橄欖
* 西洋九層塔
* 植物油
 
調味料
* 適量鹽、黑胡椒、糖和天然味素
作法
1.素火腿片切小片,用油煎香,備用
2.
毛利瓜或小黃瓜及青椒、紅椒切片,蕃茄切塊
3.先油炒蕃茄,再放入毛利瓜或小黃瓜和扁豆,再3分鐘
4.再加入素火腿片,再1分鐘,備用
5.
用滾水將通心粉煮至熟透(依據包裝上指示時間)將水瀝乾平鋪在烤盤上,將上述炒料、通心粉素烤醬、橄欖、西洋九層塔(依個人口味酌量)平鋪在通心粉上

6.
再撒上起司粉,並用青椒、紅椒切片裝飾
7.
180度烤15分鐘,趁熱享用!
