Deep-Fried Potato Patties

Ingredients: 
800g potatoes peeled
3-4 sheets of seaweed
2 teaspoons of salt
1&1/2 teaspoons of potato starch
1 tablespoon white sesame

Preparation:

1.grind potatoes then use sieve to filter out the juice
   naturally, sprinkle   with salt.
2.cut each sheet of seaweed into half
3.use spoon to flatten potatoes evenly onto each sheet of
   seaweed
4.heat oil, the deep fry the patties, fry until golden
5.cut into bite sized, about 8 pieces then sprinkle sesame over
6.mix vegetarian oyster sauce and starch with, then heat until it
   becomes sticky, pour over patties.
7.Serves 4-6

材料

800削好皮馬鈴薯

3 ~ 4 張海苔

2小匙鹽

11/2小匙太白粉

1大匙白芝麻

作法

1.在磨成泥的馬鈴薯上撒鹽後,將自然出來的汁液用濾網

    濾掉

2.將每張海苔對半剪成2

3.將瀝乾汁液的馬鈴薯泥,用湯匙平鋪在每張海苔上

4.熱油炸海苔馬鈴薯泥至金黃色

5.切成8等份,撒上白芝麻

6.混勻素蠔油和太白粉,加熱至濃稠,淋在炸好的海苔
