Ingredients: White or brown sandwiches Sliced vegetarian ham Vegetable based margarine 1 small grated carrot 1 small cucumber grated 100g shredded vegetarian ham 1 small pack of any green salad mix; alfalfa sprout, Any green herbs: coriander, sweet basil, mints etc Chutney sauce, Tomato Relish, Piccalilli, Hoi-sin sauce (optional) Salt & Pepper Preparation: *For Club sandwiches: Buttered 3 sliced of breads. 1. place one sliced of buttered bread face up, place vegetarian ham and spread a thin layer of sauce of your choice. 2. place another sliced of bread buttered both side: layered carrots, cucumber and any green salad or herbs of your choice. Salt & Pepper to taste. 3. place a buttered sliced of bread facing down onto the green salad. 4. trim 4 edges (crust) of the bread *For finger size club sandwiches: Cut the trimmed sandwiches into 3 rectangles(see fig.1) Or cut into 4 triangle sandwiches(see fig.2) *For mini sandwiches rolls: Trimmed the crust of the bread first, then butter. Place small amount of shredded ham, carrot, cucumber, any green or herbs and sauce of your choice. All the ingredients must place diagonally; then roll from one edge to another, place small amount of butter or margarine to help the edge of the roll stick to the bread.(see fig.3) Either served the roll as is or cut into half.(see fig.4) |
材料
白三明治土司片或全麥、穀類三明治土司片。
素火腿片。
植物性乳瑪琳。
胡蘿蔔(小的)刨細絲。
黃瓜(小的) 刨細絲。
100克素火腿絲。
一小包綜合綠葉生菜和苜蓿芽。
任何綠色香料草葉:香菜、西洋九層塔、薄荷葉…等等。 作法
三夾層三明治:
將三片土司塗上植物性乳瑪琳。
將一片塗好乳瑪琳的土司上,抹上一層上述個人喜好的塗醬,並放上素火腿片。
接著放上一片兩面塗好乳瑪琳的土司,依序擺上胡蘿蔔絲、黃瓜絲、及任何個人喜好的綠葉生菜或綠色香料草葉,並用鹽和胡椒加以調味。
將第三片塗好乳瑪琳的土司面朝下,放在綠葉生菜上。
最後將四邊硬皮切除。 迷你三明治捲: 先將一片土司四邊硬皮切除,塗上乳瑪琳,再抹上一層上述個人喜好的塗醬,。 放些素火腿絲、胡蘿蔔絲、黃瓜絲、及任何個人喜好的綠葉生菜或綠色香料草葉。 所有材料依土司對角線斜放,將土司至一角捲向對角,並在對角邊上抹些乳瑪琳,以便黏住。 (如圖三)
