Scramble Tofu 
素炒蛋(豆腐)

Ingredients:
*
2 tofu cubes

* 80g Soy ham
* 50g Carrot
* 3/4 tsp Salt
* 1 tsp Seasoning
* 3-4 drops Sesame Oil
* 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
* 50g Oil
Method:
1.
leave the tofu cubes on a plate and squeeze dry for
    at least 4 hours or preferably overnight
    (by placing something heavy on top of the tofu e.g. another
    plate)
.
2.
Cut the soy ham and carrot into small cubes. Smash the 
    tofu into small pieces in a container
3.
Heat the oil and fry the soy ham and carrots
4. Add in the tofu and continue to fry until the
    water inside the tofu has evaporated (10-20mins)
5. Add in all the seasoning and
    continue to fry for another 2-5 minutes
    Serve while it is hot!
材料:
* 2塊豆腐

* 80克 素火腿

* 50克 紅蘿蔔
* 3/4 小匙鹽
* 1 小匙天然味素

* 3-4 滴麻油
* 1 大匙醬油
* 50克蔬菜油

作法:
1. 用重物(例如一個盤子)壓於豆腐上瀝
    水達4小時至隔夜。

2.
素火腿和紅蘿蔔切小丁,將豆腐在盆
    中壓碎。
3. 熱油炒香素火腿和紅蘿蔔丁。
4. 加入豆腐炒約10-20分鐘直到豆腐水分
    蒸發。
5. 加入調味料後約炒2-5分即可。
    趁熱享用!
