Ingredients: * 2 tofu cubes * 80g Soy ham * 50g Carrot * 3/4 tsp Salt * 1 tsp Seasoning * 3-4 drops Sesame Oil * 1 Tbsp Soy sauce * 50g Oil Method: 1. leave the tofu cubes on a plate and squeeze dry for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight (by placing something heavy on top of the tofu e.g. another plate). 2. Cut the soy ham and carrot into small cubes. Smash the tofu into small pieces in a container 3. Heat the oil and fry the soy ham and carrots 4. Add in the tofu and continue to fry until the water inside the tofu has evaporated (10-20mins) 5. Add in all the seasoning and continue to fry for another 2-5 minutes Serve while it is hot! |
