Layered Seaweed Rolls

Ingredients:
* Vegetable oil for deep frying
* 6 bean curd pockets
* 2 seaweed sheets
* 1 small grated carrot
* 100g shredded vegetarian ham
* Some coriander or sweet basil leaves, cooked green bean (optional)
* Flour paste (1 tablespoon flour thicken with hot water)
Seasonings:
* 1 Tablespoon vegetarian BBQ sauce
* 2 Tablespoons Hoisin sauce/ chutney sauce or satay sauce (optional)
* 1 teaspoon sesame oil 
* 1/2 teaspoon natural MSG 
* 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparations:
1. Premix all seasonings and set aside
2. Place unrolled bean curd pocket on a strip of
    seaweed. 
(Tips: to avoid the separation of the
    seaweed roll in frying is to place the bean curd
    one inch from the top of seaweed sheet).

3. Brushed seasoning onto the bean curd pocket
    and top with all or some coriander, sweet basil
    leaves, green beans, carrots & shredded
    vegetarian ham.

4. Roll tightly as seal the edge with flour paste. 
5. Deep fry until brown.
材料
* 植物油 
* 6包豆皮 
* 2張海苔 
* 1個胡蘿蔔刨成細絲 
* 100克素火腿切絲 
* 一些香菜或西洋九層塔 
* 煮熟的四季豆絲(依個人口味添加)
* 稠麵糊(1大匙麵粉加熱水) 
調味料
* 1大匙素烤醬
* 2大匙侯柱醬(Hoi-sin sauce)/印度甜酸調味料(Chutney sauce-由葡萄乾、芒果、糖、檸檬汁或醋做成)或沙爹醬(satay sauce) (依個人喜好選擇)
* 1/2小匙天然味素
* 1小匙芝麻油
* 1小匙糖
作法
1.將所有的調味料混合均勻成調味醬備用。
2.將豆皮張開平鋪在1張海苔上(避免海苔捲會在煎鍋
     內散開的竅門是:
將豆皮
平鋪在離海苔上端1 寸的
     地方。
)

3.調味醬塗抹在豆皮上,然後將胡蘿蔔細絲、素火
     腿絲、煮熟的四季豆絲、香
菜或西洋九層塔放在
     皮上。

4.捲緊並用稠麵糊黏妥。
5.炸至金黃色。
