Soya Peking Duck

Ingredients: 
1 kg Vegetarian duck (made of wheat gluten)
Sauce: 
2 table spoons of plum sauce
1 table spoon of vegetarian BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons of soy paste
1 table spoon of crushed fresh ginger

Preparation: 
Combine all the ingredient in the sauce group together and brush onto the duck.

Place duck in the middle of preheated oven (180 degrees).

Roast 15 to 20 minutes. 
Turn duck and Brush with more sauce,

roast 15 minutes more.

Serve warm with rice / bread or cold with salad.

1公斤素鴨

醬料

2大匙蘇梅醬

1大匙素BBQ烤醬

2大匙醬油膏
1大匙新鮮薑泥

作法

將所有醬料拌勻,刷勻至素鴨表面。

烤箱預熱180度C,將素鴨放入烤15-20分鐘。轉面塗醬後再烤15分鐘即可。

趁熱配飯或麵包、也可待涼後配沙拉食用。
