Vegetarian Spaghetti 
義大利素肉醬麵

Ingredients:
* 300g Spaghetti (1 packet)
*
80g TVP (Vegetarian mince - dry)
*
100g Soy ham
*
500g Tomato paste
* 500g Water
* 100g Butter
* 1/2 Red onions
* Basil
Seasonings:
* Salt Pepper & sugar - as required to taste
* Vegetarian chicken powder - as required to taste

Preparations:
1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water until soft, drain the water, add some oil stirring evenly and set aside.
2.
Soak the TVP with cold water for 30min and squeeze dry, set aside
3.
Place butter in a heated pot until it has melted.
4. Add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes - or when it is golden
5.
Add in the TVP and chopped ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Combine the tomato paste and water with the above mixture  into the  pot and cook until boiling.
7.Add in the seasoning as required to taste.
8. Serve the above sauce on the spaghetti.

*” TVP (Vegetarian mince - dry)” & “Soy ham” are available in the vegetarian food shops.
材料
* 300義大利麵(1) 
* 80克素碎肉(TVP) 
* 100克素火腿 
* 500克蕃茄醬 
* 500克水 
*
100克奶油
* 半個紅洋蔥
* 西洋九層塔 
調味料
* 適量鹽、黑胡椒、糖和天然味素
作法
1.用滾水煮義大利麵至軟透,瀝乾水分,加點植物油伴勻,備用
2.
素碎肉(TVP)泡冷水約30分鐘,軟透後瀝乾水分,備用
3.鍋內加熱至奶油溶化
4.加入紅洋蔥屑,約炒2分鐘,至呈金黃色
5.加入素碎肉(TVP)素火腿丁,再炒約2分鐘

6.
加入蕃茄醬和水,煮沸後,再加入適量鹽、黑胡椒、糖和天然味素
7.將煮好醬汁淋在義大利麵上,即可享用

*在素料店可以買到素碎肉(TVP)素火腿。
