Ingredients: * 200g Brussels sprout * 200g Roast soy duck * 50g Red onion * 1/2 Capsicums * 1 Spring onion * Some shreds of carrots * 2 Tbsp Oil Seasonings: * 1/2 tsp Salt * 1/2 tsp Seasoning * a pinch of Sugar Method: 1. Slice the roast gluten duck, red onion, capsicum and spring onion into thin strips. 2. Heat oil in the pan and fry the soy duck for approximately 2 minutes. 3. Add in the rest of the vegetables and fry for another 1 minute 4. Add in all the seasonings into the pan and fry for 1 minute Serve while the dish is still hot! * "Roast soy duck" is available in the vegetarian food shops. |
