Ingredients: 
2 Cups Oil
500g Soy Squid
60g Corn flour
5g Salt
10g Chinese Ginger powder

Preparation:  
Mix the corn flour, salt and Chinese ginger powder together
Thoroughly cover the soy squid with the above mixture
Heat oil and fry the soy squid until golden brown and crispy
Serve while it is hot!

10克 中國薑粉

作法

1. 將玉米粉、鹽和薑粉調勻。
2. 素墨魚圈沾粉炸至金黃酥脆即可。
3. 趁熱食用!
