Supreme Soya Pork Rib 
素排骨王

Ingredients: 
300g Soy pork rib

30g Carrot sliced

30g Celery cut into 3 cm
20g Onion sliced
Corn starch
Oil - for frying

Seasonings: 
100g vegetarian BBQ sauce
50g Worcestershire sauce
50g Chili sauce
100g Tomato sauce

3 Tbsp Sugar

200g water

Preparation:  
1. Cut the soy pork rib into cubes.
2. Cover the sliced soy pork rib with corn starch to prepare for frying
.
3. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the soy pork rib until golden brown

and set aside.

4. Fry the vegetables- Onion, Carrot and Celery for about 3 minutes.

5. Add in all the seasonings with the vegetables and cook until boiling.

6. Add in the fried soy pork rib into the sauce and stir until the sauce has

completely covered the soy pork rib.

7.  Serve while it's hot!
*"Soy pork rib" is available in the vegetarian food shops
*"vegetarian BBQ sauce" is available in the oriental food shops or in the
vegetarian food shops

30克胡蘿蔔切片

30克芹菜切段

20克洋蔥切片

玉米粉

植物性炸油

調味料

100克素沙茶醬

50克鄔斯特醬(Worcestershire sauce)

50克辣椒醬

100克蕃茄醬

3大匙糖

200克水

作法

1. 素排骨王切小塊
2. 沾滿玉米粉
3. 炸至金黃色,備用
4. 熱油炒洋蔥切片、蘿蔔片和芹菜段約3
    鐘

5. 加入所有調味料,煮沸
6. 再加入炸好的素排骨王,熱炒至所有調味
    料被
素排骨王全部吸收
7. 趁熱享用
