Ingredients: 
200g Vegetarian Ham cut in 2cm cubes
1/2 Green Capsicum slice in 2cm pieces
1 Tomato slice in 2cm pieces
1/4 cup canned pine apple pieces in natural juice
A bowl of Tapioca Starch

Sauce:
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/3 Tsp Potatoes starch 

Preparation:  
Dip ham cubes in water and then coated with tapioca starch. Deep-fry until crispy.
Mix sauce ingredients in a sauce pan, set aside. Heat oil in a frying pan, stir-frying tomato and pineapple briefly, and then add sauce, ham and capsicum and cook until sauce thickens.

材料

200克素火腿丁

1/2顆青椒切丁

1顆蕃茄切丁

1/4罐天然鳳梨汁罐頭

1碗番薯粉備用

醬料

1大匙醬油

1大匙水

1大匙醋

1又1/2大匙紅糖

1/3小匙太白粉

作法

1. 火腿丁沾水後沾上一層番薯粉,熱油炸至金黃。
2. 將醬料調勻備用。
3. 熱鍋加油略炒蕃茄和鳳梨,加入醬料、素火腿丁和青椒丁煮至醬汁濃稠後即可。
