Thai-Styled Soya Fish 
泰式素魚片

Ingredients:
*
8 slices Soy fish
* 50g celery
* 70g Onion
* 1 Tomato
* Oil - for frying
Seasonings:
* 2 Tbsp Tom Yum paste
* 3 tsp Sugar
*
1 tsp Seasonings
* 150g Water
Method:
1.
Heat oil and fry the soy fish until golden
    brown and set aside
.
2.
Mix all the seasonings with water and cook
    in a pot for 7 minutes.
3. Pour the sauce over the soy fish and
    Serve while it is hot!
材料:
* 8片素魚

* 50克芹菜
* 70克洋蔥
* 1個蕃茄
* 植物油
調味料:
* 2大匙東陽醬
* 3小匙糖
* 1小匙天然味素
* 150克水
作法:

1.
熱油煎素魚片,至兩面呈金黃色
2.
將所有調味料和水混合煮約7分鐘
3.
倒在煎好的素魚片上,趁熱享用
