Ingredients: * 8 slices Soy fish * 50g celery * 70g Onion * 1 Tomato * Oil - for frying Seasonings: * 2 Tbsp Tom Yum paste * 3 tsp Sugar * 1 tsp Seasonings * 150g Water Method: 1. Heat oil and fry the soy fish until golden brown and set aside. 2. Mix all the seasonings with water and cook in a pot for 7 minutes. 3. Pour the sauce over the soy fish and Serve while it is hot! |
