Stir-Fried Tofu in 3 Cups Sauce

Ingredients:
* 1 tablespoon of grinded ginger
* 2 teaspoon of sugar
* 1/4 cups of sesame oil
* 1/4 cups of water
* 1/4 cups of soy sauce
* 300 g of fried tofu(Yu tofu)
Method:
1. Cut fried tofu into small triangles or squares.

eat frying pan with sesame oil.
3. A
dd grinded ginger and stir.
4.
Then add tofu, soy sauce and sugar. 
5.
Stir several times then add water.
6.
Bring heat low to simmer.
7.
Stir every 1~2 min. until there is no water left.
Serves: 4
材料:
* 1大匙薑泥
* 2小匙糖
* 1/4 杯麻油
* 1/4 杯水
* 1/4
醬油
* 300克油豆腐
作法:
1. 油豆腐切小塊

2. 加入麻油熱鍋

3. 加入薑泥爆香

4. 加入油豆腐、醬油和糖
5. 攪拌數次後加入水
6. 轉小火

7. 每1-2分鐘攪拌至水分收乾即可
