Ingredients: * 1 tablespoon of grinded ginger * 2 teaspoon of sugar * 1/4 cups of sesame oil * 1/4 cups of water * 1/4 cups of soy sauce * 300 g of fried tofu(Yu tofu) Method: 1. Cut fried tofu into small triangles or squares.. 2. Heat frying pan with sesame oil. 3. Add grinded ginger and stir. 4. Then add tofu, soy sauce and sugar. 5. Stir several times then add water. 6. Bring heat low to simmer. 7. Stir every 1~2 min. until there is no water left. Serves: 4 |
