Ingredients:
Seasonings:
1/2 tsp natural MSG (available in
oriental vegetarian shops)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp olive or any kind of vegetable
oil
3 tsp Orange juice or lemon juice
Preparation:
Wash all the vegetable leaves and
fruits. Cut all the leaves & fruits (peel, if it’s necessary)
into suitable
size. |

Preparation:
Slice Vegetarian Ham and Roast Soya
Duck. Put them nicely on the top of fruit salad.
Dress ketchup, mustard, vegetarian
BBQ sauce or coleslaw. |

Mash tofu & peeled Avocado.
