Ingredient:

Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables 

(Refer to the following recipe 1.)

Deep-Fried Soya Fish Fillet & French Fries

(Refer to the following recipe 2.)

Marinate Diced Soya Chicken with Lemon Sauce

(Refer to the following recipe 3.)

Preparation:

Combine all the above Ingredients in a big plate.

Decorate with Lettuce, Lemon slices, Strawberries, Radish, Parsley.

作法

以上材料全部放在一個大盤子上

用萵苣、檸檬切片、草莓、櫻桃蘿蔔、
荷蘭芹裝飾

1.Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables
什錦炒蔬菜

Ingredients: 
Cauliflower

Broccoli

Mushroom

Bean

Asparagus

Preparation:  
Stir-Fired all above vegetables with oil, salt and some natural vegetarian seasoning.

蘑菇

長豆

蘆筍

作法

用植物油加適量的鹽和天然味素熱炒以上的蔬菜


2.Deep-Fried Soya Fish Fillet & French Fries
 炸素雪魚排和炸薯條

Ingredients: 
Soya Fish Fillet

French fried potatoes

Preparation:    
Deep-fried Soya Fish Fillet and French fried potatoes until golden brown
